I have wanted to take a class for years but lacked the courage to do so. I feared that taking a class would make me feel badly about my body and that I would not be able to keep up. Our class is sheer joy. Thanks to a long tunic t shirt and long black leggings and my pretty ballet slippers, I feel wonderful! As fellow students range in age and body type it feels really comfortable. Thank you for creating this class and bringing so much joy to my life. I’m looking forward to many, many more classes.
